Finding representation

People say that we live in a compensation society, where the least thing makes people entitled to a lawsuit and to receive compensation for it. This is what the media tells you, and a lot of people tend to believe it. However, the truth is quite different. In fact, compensation claims against companies, services and municipalities are decreasing on a yearly basis. This is, studies say, due to people being afraid of being exposed to ridicule, since the media are so quick to make fun of people making just, legal claims and because people are afraid that lawyers and other regal representatives will cost them a lot of money. But these fears are, like the media claims we talked about before, unfounded. First of all, if your claim is fair, it will never be talked about in the media or by acquaintances of you. And legal representation, if the lawyer feels that you have a good chance of winning the case, will be free of charge – you will simply have to give a percentage of the earnings to your lawyer.
