24 Hour Help

They say the internet made us lazy and shortened out patience with everything. That may be true, but if the upside is having services available 24 hours a day, from information lines to something as specific as a team of injury lawyers than I don’t really see a problem with it.

Disaster doesn’t choose service opening hours to strike, it strikes when you’re the least prepared for it. And this means that the people who are there to help us when it does also need to be on call at all times in order to better do their job. This is especially true for health related help lines, like the ones dealing with poisonous materials, for example. But it’s also true for insurance help lines. If your car breaks down in the middle of the night, you’ll want your insurance company to have an available operator to help you. Accidents aren’t picky about what time a day they happen, so you might need to call your insurance company because of a house accident or to make an injury claim in the middle of the night. This is especially important because the quicker you make these claims, the quicker an expert will roll by and decide on the outcome of the claim.
